Some sad news!

Hi all!

Some sad news in the S.45 camp: As of today our brother and partner-in-crime Patrik Gardberg is no longer a part of Solution .45, for reasons which Patrik is elaborating further on in his official statement here below. For the record, there is no bad blood or drama or anything like that involved in this split whatsoever. This is very much a mutual decision, if anything. We are all still the best of friends and we will keep on writing music and play together in our other bands and projects.

"Hello. This will be short yet concise.

The time has come for me to step down as a member of the brotherhood of Solution .45. There are things in my life that need to be taken care of - things that need my absolute focus. My family is the focal point in this decision and is always my main priority. No matter what. It pains me to leave my brothers in the band, but this needs to be done, with no bad blood between us whatsoever.

I want to thank you, our fans, for all of your support throughout the years. It means the world to me and the band. Solution .45 has just started its journey and will go on creating incredible music. That's for sure.

So, once again, thank you all - the band, the fans, the label - you're all awesome! This has been a blast!

Sincerely, Patrik"

We'd like to thank Patrik for his years in the band, his awesome contributions and work and we wish him nothing but the best in the future! Then again, like stated above, we will still write music and play together, regardless of S.45, so this split only marks the end of one shared journey among many. With that said, we'd like to welcome Patrik's replacement - our long-time friend and talented guitarist/songwriter/sound engineer Ronnie Björnström - to the ranks! Here's a few words from the man himself:

"It's an honor to be a part of Solution .45. When Christian asked me if i wanted to join forces with them i didn't hesitate. I look forward to making music in the studio and playing the songs live. I've always been into extreme music, playing with AeoN before, so this will be a nice and inspiring challange for me. //Ronnie"
